Coming Home Update - November

Since the landmark Coming Home report of the Archbishops Commission on Housing, Church and Community was published in 2021, different parts of the Church of England have been stepping up to meet housing need in a way that builds community and demonstrates the good news of God’s kingdom.

Despite some struggles and setbacks, over the past year our capacity to respond to the housing crisis at the parish, diocese and national level has increased substantially.

The event provided updates on existing Church housing initiatives and introduce you to new ones launched in 2024 – which all form part of the emerging ‘ecosystem’ around the Church of England and housing. Catch up on the event below.
